Drain Dallas Concert reviews
Nice to Hear Some Rockin' Again
"We showed up early to find light traffic and easy entry, but as we left our truck, another concert-goer warned us about purse size restrictions. There were no ID bracelets for drinks, and the drink prices were outrageous. The venue had minimal staff and lacked ticket monitoring. The crowd was sparse, with plenty of empty seats in our section and the lawn mostly empty. Dirty Honey was the opening band for the Crowes, with music that felt somewhat unoriginal. The Crowes delivered a solid performance, with some unique quirks like a silent bartender on stage. The music was consistent but somewhat repetitive, with Chris Robinson's vocals difficult to understand. The guitars and keyboards stood out at times, creating a solid rock and roll experience."
